1. Order Cancellation
Because all pizzas are prepared fresh once an order is placed, you can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it.
Once the kitchen has started preparing your food, we cannot offer a cancellation or a full refund.
2. Issues with Quality or Accuracy

We will coordinate with the local kitchen to either replace your order at no extra cost or provide a partial/full refund based on the situation.

No one was available to receive the order at the provided address.
The customer decides they no longer want the food after it has been delivered.
